Dabei achten wir ganz bewusst auf die vorgegebene Grenzen unseres K\u00f6rpers<br>Atem- und Entspannungs\u00fcbungen helfen Stress abzubauen und unsere Entspannungsf\u00e4higkeit zu f\u00f6rdern.
